As promised, the new Escali Scale is now available. It has a 33 lb capacity and is what I have been using for quite some time.
I have also swapped out a couple of the molds. The Bar mold is more of a classic look now - 4 oz and you get three per mold. And the truffle mold is now a little less expensive and I like the shape better.
Please, go have a look.
Oh, and this is not something I am offering, but something I found and wanted to share.

[Wed 07:00] sweettooth email ~ Hey that coin looks great John what you could do is Make a Chocolate mold out of it using Mold making silicone for foods i,ve seen it on the web. you rollit out then just print your coin as many time as you can fit on Making reaaly cool chacocolate medals or chocolate mints ect.......

We have temporarily run out of the Ocumare Criollo. New crop is on order and should be in a couple weeks.
Also, we now have a nice 33 lb Escali scale and a couple new molds. Look for them over the weekend.

Hello folks. I am now feeling better - sheesh that was a rotten couple of weeks.
Not that I did it during my sick time, I am really pleased to annouce that Chocolate Alchemy now has a new Forum.
