As promised, the new Escali Scale is now available. It has a 33 lb capacity and is what I have been using for quite some time. I have also swapped out a couple of the molds. The Bar mold is more of a classic look now - 4 oz and you get three per mold. And the truffle mold is now a little less expensive and I like the shape better.
