OH MY GOODNESS I'M IN LOVE

Do you ever have that feeling of falling in love all over again?  Well, here is your chance.

Back 10 odd years ago I was able to bring in my first lot of wild harvested Bolivia.  I think I worked on it for something like two years assuring the suppliers that I would take however much was available and basically whatever the cost.  They were that good.  I believe I described them at the time as doing what chocolate is supposed to do - it made me happy.

Well, as time went on the demand for them went up and so supply went up and although still really good (like the previous Tranquillidad), it seems a certain something was lost....until now.

We have just received in Wild Harvest Heirloom Itenez beans from Bolivia and....well....they make me happy.  I really think that says it all.

If by chance you are not familiar with the size of these compared to standard beans, have a look.

Those are equal counts of beans.  The Bolivia is obviously on the left. With their tiny size comes an intense density of flavor.  The finish is long and full of fig and caramel and has a smooth, soft, lingering flavor s that goes on and on and makes me want to take just another bite.  Sure, I could stop at ANY time....but why would I?.

You can read more about them and get them HERE.  And the are available Wholesale also
